This is a perfect example of delivering Sustainable end uses to Listed Buildings. Please take time to appreciate the de-construction of a dilapidated building altered over time by the NHS and watch as it is re-constructed into 7,500 square feet of A1/A3 Retail space. Whilst the building was an enablement project to deliver the rest of the site, what it lacked in viability it gained in pride of putting this beautiful structure back into use. A big thank you to Teignbridge Council and their officers who had the “can do” attitude we rarely see in an authority. The Building also accommodates a Superdrug Pharmacy and has a further Vacant Unit looking for an occupier. The Sainsbury’s Store opened to customers in June 2013 the Pharmacy commenced trading in April 2014.
