Land Adjacent to the Ferry Slip Way, Knott-end-on Sea. Purchased unconditionally in October 06, Keyworker are proud to announce that planning was gained for this stunning land mark development of 34 apartments and offices at Knott End. Working with our architects Fletcher Smith and Wyre Borough Council planning officers, the development proposals are both innovative and fitting with its nautical surroundings. Long Eaton, Derbyshire We are proud to announce that after many months of delays due to technical issues with the site, work will begin soon on this prestigious retirement development close to the town centre of Long Eaton. Keyworker Homes successfully handed over this project to McCarthy and Stone Developments in late 07 and the Block is currently under construction |

Bowne St, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nr Nottingham The Spindles as it is now named was successfully transferred to Persimmon Homes ( Midlands) after Keyworker Homes were successful in gaining planning permission for a mix of housing units. The site along with marketing information can be found on Persimmon Homes website. |

The former Scientific Support Unit, Hinderton Road, Neston, Wirral Keyworker were chosen as preferred purchaser by the Cheshire Police Authority who were disposing of the property. The main building on site has local listing status and as such needed to be retained. Keyworker and our consultants De Pol Associates at Preston have worked with Ellesmere Port & Neston Borough Council to ensure that a high quality development would be forthcoming. All elements have now been agreed with the planning department for a 44 apartment retirement scheme 34 of which will be housed in a large new build extension to the rear of the existing building. Belle Vue Garage, Whitegate Drive, Blackpool This development has now been completed by a third party developer after Keyworker successfully achieved planning for retail / residential mix Planning permission approved currently agreeing section 106. |

Kirkbymoorside, Yorkshire This exciting and landmark development will house 58 retirement apartments should it gain approval from the local authority. The scheme which has recently been submitted is part of a joint application with a house builder who will develop the adjoining land for general market housing. | Sitwell Garage, Sitwell Street, Spondon, Derbyshire Existing car servicing and repair centre with Car Sales in the village centre. Keyworker currently have plans submitted that will see the site redeveloped for 36 retirement apartments and communal areas and which will help retain the vitality of the centre as well as enabling the existing business to relocate to new more suitable premises elsewhere in the area.

| High Street, Wolstanton The Company purchased the site of a former garage and petrol station at High Street, Wolstanton and obtained planning permission following a planning appeal inquiry for 76 retirement apartments, which was subsequently transferred to Adlington, part of the Gladman Group of companies.

Ravenhead Urban Village Revised plans and development proposals are currently going through the planning process. This exciting development will deliver hundreds of jobs in the new office development in addition to over 380 homes including 30% social housing inline with government policy. Keyworker have partnered on a new joint application with Redrow North West Ltd and hope to gain approval for a revised scheme in 2008. Remediation of this highly contaminated site will take between 12 – 18 months once planning is granted. Successfully appealed however, we are disappointed to announce that the secretary of state overturned her inspector and the scheme was ultimately failed.

Greaves Hall, Banks, Nr Southport As a result of failure to achieve planning permission within the contractual period and failure to gain an extension from the land owners, the planning has reluctantly been withdrawn.
