Ewloe Housing Site, Flintshire Keyworker are seeking expressions of interest from other housebuilding firms to acquire a site in Ewloe on which we have secured a residential planning permission for 24 mixed design houses with no affordable housing requirement. The site was identified some time ago by the Company and has been successfully brought through the planning system. |

Retail Development, Nantwich A pre-application consultation event has recently been held at Nantwich Library to inform local residents and interested parties over the pending planning application submission which will see the creation of a 15,000 sq ft retail store on an edge of centre site and which will help maintain the retail viability of the town. |

Newton Abbot Hospital, Devon Planning has now been submitted for a comprehensive mixed use development for the former hospital site adjacent to the town centre. The scheme will see the provision of hotel, retirement, care home, retail, offices and residential elements. |

South Lakeland, Housing Keyworker are promoting a site in the South Lakeland area which has been identified by the Council as being suitable for development. |
