Newton Abbot Hospital Redevelopment is a 9 acre Multi Use / Multi Occupier scheme in the market Town of Newton Abbot, Devon. Keyworker completed the Retail and Medical Centre Development in 2013 with McCarthy & Stone welcoming its first residents in September 2012. Templar House is currently undergoing sensitive refurbishment for its 1st tenants. The Housing and Care Home Elements were handed over to Galliford Try and completion is expected during 2014. Templar House Newton Abbot

Templar House, Newton Abbot once stood proud on the site of the former Workhouse at Newton Abbot. When used by the Hospital it was home to number of Medical Service agencies and went through various adaptions to make it useful. When the Hospital moved and the site was purchased by Keyworker for redevelopment the Building was in great need of restoration. Used as a site office throughout construction attention is now focused on bringing this building back for a sustainable use protecting it for generations to come. Hope Park Macclesfield

 

Hope Park, Macclesfield is now nearing full completion with 36 apartments developed within the Grade II Listed Clocktower, 40,000 square feet of clinical B1/ D1 Office Space newly constructed but respectfully designed to sit within the setting of Listed Building, 12,000 square feet of D1 Nursery, in a carefully part resorted, part new build all of this completed in 2010 / 2011. A further development phase consisting of a Care Home, Morrison’s Local Store, Subway and 16 Apartments pre-let to East Cheshire NHS was completed in 2012. Completion of this award winning development is soon to take place with the careful construction of 15 Houses within the Park Area of the site. 6 of these properties completed in January 2014 and are now being handed over to their new homeowners.
