The Blue Zone

Keyworker are pleased to announce that with our partners we have completed the purchase of the Blue Zone development site. Keyworker Homes (Macclesfield) a dedicated development company is taking the scheme forward with Keyworker remaining in a management role on the project.

Planning was approved on the 12th May, subject to a legal agreement, for Keyworkers scheme of 24 houses.

Meltham

Fylde Community / Fylde Farm
This redevelopment opportunity was first brought to the market place by National agents in early 2006, at the time Keyworker were under bidders to a local builder. Due to tough market conditions and other development constraint issues Keyworker were invited to re-appraise the site in May 2008. We have since gone on to produce a new design on the site, one which will allow its phased release into a difficult housing marking. Keyworker are also assisting with practical security issues on the site along with the land current owners, a charitable institution. We are currently working with the Local Authority, Local Housing Association and the community to bring a viable solution on which a planning application can be submitted. Meltham

Sitwell Garage, Sitwell St, Spondon, Derbyshire
Existing car servicing and repair centre with Car Sales in the village centre. Keyworker have plans submitted that will see the site re-developed for 36 retirement apartments and communal areas. Please view our design and access statement:

School Brow, Romiley, Stockport
Keyworker were successful in gaining planning permission for 57 retirement apartments on this key site in September 07. 16 of the units will provide an opportunity for retired persons to purchase the units on a shared equity basis. The prominent canal side position makes this a very exciting development which we are sure will be well received. Please see the link for more information.
Development will begin in Spring 2008. successfully handed over to Adlington, part of Gladman Group, for development.

Former Garage Premises and Petrol Station, High St, Wolstanton
The village of Wolstanton close to the centre of Newcastle-under-Lyme is home to one of our newest proposals. 76 Retirement apartments are planned with associated communal facilities and warden assistance. Currently going through the planning process we hope that this development will add a new vibrancy to the village bringing investment and patronage to the local suppliers.
